Shipping Policy:

Original art - Orders for original artworks typically ship within 5 business days, though delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on size and destination. If you need your artwork sooner, please contact us so we can accommodate your request. We primarily ship via UPS Ground, or FedEx. If you prefer a specific carrier, email us at info@jasmine-elizabeth.com as soon as you place your order.

Prints - Prints are made on demand and therefore take about 7-10 days to print and frame prior to shipping. Size and framing variations can effect this timeframe. Print orders are often shipped with DHL and arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering.

All packages are securely packed following industry standards to ensure safe arrival of your artwork. All packages are insured for their full retail value. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please check your tracking information.

International Shipping Policy:

We do ship internationally! The shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility and vary based on the artwork's size and weight. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International buyers are encouraged to contact us before ordering for an exact shipping quote or any questions.

Return Policy:

As we aim to connect my paintings with genuine art lovers, we currently do not accept returns. If you have any concerns or questions before placing your order, please contact us. We appreciate your understanding.

However, if there are issues with the artwork upon arrival, each case will be reviewed individually. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please include photos to facilitate the claim process, including boxing damage prior to opening the artwork. We will assess the damage and collaborate on how you would like to receive your replacement.
